KARYO respects the privacy of parents and young learners. This page explains the services involved when you register interest in a KARYO programme or contact us.
What this website stores
This website does not collect or store registration information. Registration interest is submitted through Google Forms, an external service. KARYO may receive the information a parent chooses to submit through that form or through direct contact.
Registration and external services
KARYO registration uses Google Forms. When you use the form, Google processes the information you submit under its own policies. If you choose to contact KARYO through WhatsApp, that message is processed by WhatsApp under its own policies. KARYO does not control these external services.
How KARYO uses contact information
KARYO uses information received through the registration form, email, or WhatsApp only to respond to a parent’s request, share relevant information about upcoming KARYO groups, and understand general interest in the programme. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
No site tracking
The current KARYO website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, tracking scripts, or non-essential cookies. Email and WhatsApp are used only when a parent chooses to initiate contact.
Children's information
KARYO asks parents to provide only the information reasonably needed to understand a child’s age and learning interests. Please do not submit sensitive personal information in the registration form or send it through email or WhatsApp.
Contact and choices
A parent may ask KARYO about, update, or request deletion of information KARYO holds by contacting info@karyo.org. Requests about information held by Google or WhatsApp should be made through the relevant service.
